Uplands Kindergarten is warm, inviting, and focused on fun, purposeful learning. We create an academic environment where ongoing data helps guide instruction and support both enrichment and intervention. Every child receives the care and attention they need to grow and succeed.
Hi! My name is Ms. Datteri, and I am so excited to welcome you into our classroom and begin a fun year of learning together. I hope you had a wonderful summer with your family and friends. We will make projects, sing songs, play games, explore new ideas, and create many special memories. I cannot wait to meet you and see all the amazing things we will accomplish this year!
About me:
This is my fourth year teaching in Westminster Public Schools. Before teaching kindergarten, I taught third grade at Flynn Elementary. I was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado, and attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where I was a member of the dance team. At home, I enjoy spending time with my soon-to-be husband and our two dogs, Bella and Todd. In my free time, I love doing puzzles, playing games, and spending time with my family and friends. I am so excited to be your teacher and look forward to a wonderful year together!

About Me:
I have been a part of Westminster Public Schools for the past six years, and I look forward to many more! I was born and raised in Westminster, Colorado and am a proud first generation Mexican American! I graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I received my degree in Early Childhood Education. Outside of the classroom, I'm a proud dog and plant mom. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, sewing, trying new foods, and watching movies. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and making this an amazing school year together!
